Today and tomorrow's meals and plans

Today:

For breakfast I had 3 hard-boiled eggs, Turkey Sausage, potatoes, low-fat milk, and soy milk.  Then at work, we were moving a lot of boxes and I did some pull-ups also.  For lunch I had two Turkey sandwiches on wheat with pickles, green peppers, and lettuce.  I also had a soy milk with it.  After lunch I walked to a tent with internet and did some more pull-ups there.  For dinner I had pork roast, egg noodles, and a salad with peppers.  I also had two soymilks with that.  After dinner I went to the gym for 40 minutes.  I did the elliptical, pull-ups, dips, hanging leg raises, back extensions, sit-ups, chubbies, and the treadmill.

Tomorrow:

Wake up, go run (it will probably be around 3 miles or so with hills).  After that, grab breakfast to go (hard boiled eggs, cereal bar, and soy milk).  Then I will walk to work (that is about a 20 minute walk, or so).  For lunch I will have a salad with peppers, and one (maybe two) turkey sandwiches on wheat with peppers, pickles, and lettuce.  Walk to the tent with internet after lunch and do more pull-ups.  Walk home after work.  For dinner, either chicken breast and greens or just a beast of a salad!  Then go workout again.

I think Im goign to do mainly cardio and abs until I lose my guy again, and then step up the weight lifting.  We will see.
